Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Senior WordPress Developer to lead our landing page creation and optimization function.This role requires exceptional technical expertise and leadership skills to manage multiple concurrent projects.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying high-converting landing pages optimized for paid traffic from various advertising platforms.They will also be responsible for ensuring pixel-perfect tracking setup across all campaigns, implementing complex tracking scenarios, and optimizing landing page performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates.In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication style, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight campaign launch deadlines.Required Skills and Qualifications5+ years of professional WordPress development experienceDirect experience managing technical execution of marketing campaigns with significant ad spendProven experience implementing Git-based version control and configuring Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for WordPressExpert-level WordPress development skills including ACF, Gutenberg, custom theme development, plugin customization, and advanced page buildersStrong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHPBenefitsThis is a full-time remote position offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits package.OthersWe value directness, authenticity, and results over politics or polish.We expect excellence but also recognize that real growth happens when people are supported, challenged, and given autonomy to do their best work.
