Job Opportunity: Senior LATAM Operations LeaderWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to lead and scale our operations across the LATAM region.This role is responsible for managing resources, workforce planning, employee engagement, HR compliance, and strategic growth.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing, scaling, and setting up IT/Tech teams, ensuring smooth delivery and operational excellence.They must be adept at building and inspiring high-performing teams, driving compliance and retention, and cultivating trusted long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:HR & Resource Management:Oversee all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.Monitor attrition rates and implement proactive retention strategies.Tech Operations Oversight:Manage and scale tech operations and delivery teams.Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.Provide credible oversight in technical discussions with clients.Stakeholder & Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across LATAM.Act as the primary liaison for client needs, service delivery, and customer success.Represent the company at local and regional events, forums, and client meetings.Operational Leadership & Strategic Growth:Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams for seamless cross-functional workflows.Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to regional/global leadership.Required Skills and Qualifications:8–12 years of experience in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector.Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance, with measurable improvement in retention.Demonstrated ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams.Strong track record in building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.Ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational and delivery plans, while ensuring compliance and efficiency.Benefits:Competitive remuneration.Full-time employment.Remote work conditions.Friendly, supportive, positive, and professional team of experts.Multicultural and diverse environment.
