At BairesDev, we've been leading the way in technology projects for over 15 years.We deliver cutting-edge solutions to giants like Google and the most innovative startups in Silicon Valley.Our diverse 4,000+ team, composed of the world's Top 1% of tech talent, works remotely on roles that drive significant impact worldwide.When you apply for this position, you're taking the first step in a process that goes beyond the ordinary.We aim to align your passions and skills with our vacancies, setting you on a path to exceptional career development and success.Growth Data Analyst at BairesDevWe are looking for a Growth Data Analyst who will collect, organize, analyze, and extract insights from the growth / marketing-related data, create dashboards and reports, generate hypotheses, and use data to validate them and generate valuable and actionable insights to help the company to make more and better decisions.This professional will work with data engineers, data scientists, architects, account managers, and business partners to build solutions to improve Clients and Sales experiences.What You Will Do :Identify and gather data related to Marketing activities.Organize and consolidate data into accessible dashboards and reports.Analyze data to extract meaningful, actionable observations and translate complex data into clear, understandable insights.Create visualizations such as graphs and charts to enhance data comprehension.Promote and contribute to a data-driven approach within the Marketing team.Serve as a bridge between various data-related areas to stay updated on emerging touchpoints, data sources, and requirements.Actively participate in discussions and decisions related to data analysis processes.Here's what we are looking for :3+ years as a Data Analyst in a Growth or Marketing team.Professional or academic experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or other related positions.Database consulting and handling with SQL.Previous experience with Python, R, or another programming language.Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.Dataviz experience for data explanation.Experience with Explanatory Data Analysis (EDA).Fluent in Spanish and intermediate level of English.How we make your work (and your life) easier :100% remote work (from anywhere).Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferredHardware and software setup for you to work from home.Flexible hours : create your own schedule.Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.Innovative and multicultural work environment : collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive#J-*****-Ljbffr
