Role OverviewWe are seeking aBusiness Analyst tosupport the delivery ofSupply Chain Analytics product teams.This role combines deep business and data analysis expertise with Agile leadership to drive insights, improve supply chain performance, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.The successful candidate will partner withplanning, logistics, manufacturing, and analytics stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable analytics solutions while facilitating Scrum ceremonies and team execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Business Analysis (80%)Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders acrossDemand Planning, S&OP, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Serviceto gather and define requirements.Translate business problems into analytics solutions includingdashboards, KPIs, data marts, and alerts, aligned to the product roadmap.Create and maintain analysis artifacts:user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN process maps, data dictionaries, and data lineage.Perform data discovery and profiling inSnowflake; write optimizedSQL(CTEs, window functions) and validate data quality against source systems.ReviewPower BIreports, semantic models,DAX measures, calculation groups, andRow-Level Security (RLS).Define, monitor, and improve key supply chain KPIs such asforecast accuracy, inventory turns, OTIF, case fill rate, production adherence, DC throughput, and transportation cost per case.Supportdata governanceinitiatives including metadata management, access controls, and data quality rules.Contribute to analytics standards, best practices, and documentation.Scrum Master & Delivery (20%)Serve asScrum Masterfor the analytics product team.Facilitate Agile ceremonies:daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Coach teams on Agile principles includingtransparency, inspection, and iterative delivery.Maintain backlog health and sprint cadence; leveragevelocity, cycle time, and burn metricsto forecast delivery.Remove impediments and foster collaboration acrossbusiness, data engineering, analytics, platform, and security teams.PromoteDefinition of Ready (DoR)andDefinition of Done (DoD), test automation where applicable, and measurable sprint outcomes.Communicate progress through roadmaps, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.Required Qualifications5–8+ yearsof experience in Business Analysis or Analytics roles.3–5+ yearsof experience as a Scrum Master.Strong hands-on experience withSnowflake, SQL, and Power BI(DAX, RLS, data modeling).Solid understanding ofdata modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data quality frameworks.Experience inCPG supply chain domains(demand planning, inventory, production, logistics).Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.Preferred QualificationsCertifications:CSM / PSM,PL-300,SnowPro CoreExperience withSAP, Blue Yonder, or KinaxisKnowledge ofS&OP, APS, ERP (SAP ECC/S4), TMS, and WMSdata structures and integrationsFamiliarity withdata governance frameworks(stewardship, cataloging, quality rules)Tools & EnvironmentSnowflake, SQLPower BI (Desktop & Service)Azure DevOps (work management)Data Catalog / Governance tools (e.g., Collibra)ERP / APS / TMS / WMS integrationsBusiness ImpactImproveservice levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and cost-to-serve.Increaseanalytics reliability, scalability, and stakeholder adoption.Enable data-driven decision-making across supply chain functions.
