**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Identificar as oportunidades de negócios nos seus mercados de manutenção de subestações;
- Propor o Plano de Ação Comercial, alinhado ao Planejamento Estratégico da BU (Business Unit);
- Revisar periodicamente as suas previsões e contatos comerciais;
- Desenvolver potenciais clientes para sua atividade principal e outras;
- Validar a redação das propostas técnicas e comerciais, além de identificar riscos e definir os resultados financeiros esperados;
- Apresentar, discutir e negociar o projeto com o cliente;
- Gerenciar os recursos humanos e materiais de seus projetos;
- Fazer o follow-up do cronograma de execução dos projetos sob sua responsabilidade;
- Garantir a saúde administrativa e financeira de seus projetos;
- Realizar a administração contratual do contrato junto ao cliente e demais stakeholders;
- Fazer o orçamento do projeto com projeção de resultados, e atualização frequente dos custos/resultados de seus projetos;
- Garantir a entrega de seus projetos, dentro dos requisitos estabelecidos pelo QSMS e orçamento validado;
- Garantir a segurança das suas equipes;
- Reforçar a presença e a imagem da empresa junto a seus clientes;
- Buscar soluções junto às Unidades de Negócios do Grupo VINCI Energies;
- Representar a empresa perante seus clientes, fornecedores e colaboradores.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
**Formação**:
- Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica, Civil, Automação ou áreas correlatas;
**Requisitos**:
- Conhecimento em Manutenção de Subestações de Alta Tensão (igual ou superior a 69 kV).
- Pacote Office (Excel, Word, MSProject e PowerPoint);
- Gestão de Projetos e/ou Gestão de Negócios;
- Técnicas de Vendas e Negociação, pricing / Orçamento;
- Viagens frequentes.
