Job Title: E-Commerce Operations SpecialistAbout the Role:We're seeking a highly skilled and organized E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team.As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Team Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records to ensure seamless communication and workflow.Crm & Data Management: Ensure client records in HubSpot and other systems are always updated and accurate to provide valuable insights for data-driven decisions.Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to facilitate collaboration and drive business growth.Audits & Compliance: Perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity, ensuring our standards are consistently met.Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary to resolve issues efficiently.Reporting & Kpis: Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to inform business strategies.Presentation & Proposal Support: Help create sales materials for client meetings to enhance our presentation skills.Administrative Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.Extreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentation to maintain high standards.Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.Adaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving company with changing demands.Experience in sales administration or operations support is preferred but not required.Ideal if you have experience with Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar tools to streamline processes.Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment to achieve common goals.A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement to drive innovation and excellence.About Us:We're a full-service agency helping brands scale profitably on Amazon without the high price tag.Our success is built on strong systems, sharp people, and great values—and we're looking for our next key hire who shares our vision and enthusiasm.
