Our client, a global leader in asset integrity management software for the energy sector, is expanding in Brazil. We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and ambitious Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts locally — not just to drive sales, but to build and grow your own team and establish the company as a dominant player in the Brazilian oil & gas, petrochemical, and refinery markets.This is not a traditional sales role. You will be the face of the company on the ground, owning the market development process end-to-end, forging strategic relationships, and executing innovative growth strategies to build a sustainable and high-performing sales operation from the ground up.Your Role:Develop and implement strategic plans to enter and grow in the Brazilian market.Identify and approach high potential customers and build deep, trusted partnerships around the company's cutting-edge software solutions.Represent the company locally as a leader and industry expert, strengthening our brand and influence.Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.Deliver compelling solution-based presentations and demos to prospects.Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to global leadership.Collaborate cross-functionally with international teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and outstanding customer success.Build, mentor, and grow your own sales and service team to scale the company's footprint long-term.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in engineering (MBA or advanced degree a plus);Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management in the oil & gas industry (asset integrity, NDT, or related areas);Proven success track record of opening new markets and exceeding ambitious sales targets;Deep understanding of asset integrity concepts like NDT, RBI, and inspection methodologies;A bold entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset;Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously while aligning with global HQ strategies;Fluent in Portuguese and English;Legally authorized to work and currently residing in Brazil.Preferred:Experience selling industrial or Saa S solutions, certifications in NDT/RBI, and knowledge of Brazilian oil & gas regulations;Certifications in NDT or RBI.Why Join This Opportunity?This is your opportunity to shape the future of asset integrity software in Brazil with the backing of a trusted, global brand.
