Nove de Julho – São Paulo/SP) + 3x na semana de home officeContratação: CLTHorário de trabalho: 09:00 às 18:00Estamos em busca de um(a) Site Reliability Engineer Sênior para atuar de forma estratégica na transformação e evolução de nossas plataformasSe você tem perfil protagonista, foco em automação e busca inovação contínua, essa oportunidade é para vocêResponsabilidades e Atividades:Implementar e manter integrações e ferramentas nas esteiras DevSecOps e SREPromover a cultura DevSecOps/SRE, fortalecendo a colaboração entre Segurança , Infra , NOC e PlataformasAtuar com monitoramento proativo , automação e alta disponibilidadeGerenciar código-fonte e ferramentas de compilação automatizadasDesenvolver e ministrar treinamentos em DevOps/SRE para evolução técnica dos timesProjetar soluções de software e arquitetura com alta confiabilidade e desempenhoLiderar iniciativas de reskilling e transformação das equipesDefinir diretrizes e processos de prontidão operacional em toda a empresaSupervisionar o provisionamento automatizado e gestão de ambientesConduzir POCs , melhorias contínuas e adoção de novas tecnologiasTroubleshooting em middleware e ambientes críticosCriar relatórios técnicos e executivosResponsável por curadoria do ambiente tecnológico buscando automação e inovaçãoRequisitosEnsino superior completo em TI ou áreas correlatasInglês avançadoSólida vivência em desenvolvimento, infraestrutura, operações ou segurançaExperiência com GitHub, GitLab CI, Jenkins, MavenConhecimento em Scrum/Kanban e cultura DevOpsAdministração de bancos de dados SQL e NoSQL ( PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB )Pipelines CI/CD ( Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness, ArgoCD )IaC: Terraform, AnsibleSistemas operacionais Linux e WindowsCloud ( Azure, AWS e/ou GCP )Conteinerização e orquestração ( Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift )Troubleshooting em serviços distribuídos de missão críticaExperiência com ambientes de alta disponibilidade e resiliência?
