Data Science LeadershipLead a team of data scientists to develop advanced machine learning models and data-driven products.About the Role:Create a strategic vision for data science initiatives and oversee their deployment.Direct a team of data scientists, focusing on model reliability, fairness, and interpretability.Duties and Responsibilities:Data Strategy and Team ManagementDefine the technical roadmap for data science initiatives and lead the development of high-impact data products.Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for student audience analysis and AI-enabled career advising.Establish rigorous processes for model evaluation, optimization, and monitoring in production environments.Data Product DevelopmentCollaborate with product managers to translate strategic requirements into data product features.Implement MLOps and CI/CD workflows for efficient model and data product deployments.Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related analytical role.Demonstrated experience managing a team of data scientists and engineers.Expert-level experience building and deploying segmentation and propensity models.Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
