Mid Full Stack .Net Engineer

Remote role located in LATAM.We are looking for a skilled Mid Full Stack .NET Engineer to join our team and help build modern, scalable web applications.You will be working across both front-end and back-end technologies, leveraging your expertise in both .NET Framework and .NET Core, as well as Angular and React.You will also play a key role in ensuring technical excellence and adherence to Agile best practices, while actively exploring the use of Generative AI (GenAI) to accelerate development and improve productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks.Work across the full stack to implement features and improve performance and usability.Deliver high-quality, production-ready code that minimizes the need for dedicated QA validation.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong emphasis on automated testing and quality assurance practices.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions.Leverage Generative AI tools and practices to enhance development workflows and reduce time-to-market.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise3+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.Proficient in .NET Framework and .NET Core.Solid experience with Angular and React.Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards, with a preferable understanding of OpenID Connect (OIDC).Experience with relational databases and strong knowledge of SQL Server.Solid understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile teams.Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern web architectures.Strong background in writing unit tests, integration tests, and ensuring code quality without relying heavily on QA teams.Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.Strong analytical and debugging skills.Active experience using Generative AI (GenAI) tools and practices to enhance development efficiency.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.About EnumerateEnumerate is a best-in-class provider of property management software and payments solutions for community associations.We make it easier to run associations by digitizing and optimizing their accounting processes, operational workflows, AR & AP payments, and resident engagement, ultimately reducing administrative tasks by over 75%.With tens of thousands of communities and millions of homes managed, Enumerate is a leader in supporting communities across America.Enumerate was born from industry veterans joining together to operate under the most comprehensive end-to-end offering in the community association management market.As the only player offering a combination of SaaS, Services and Payments products, we are creating a modern, digitally native experience for both homeowners and property managers and are uniquely positioned for continued growth in a category that is already growing *****% YoY.CompensationTotal monthly compensation: $3,000—$4,500 USDSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustries: Software Development#J-*****-Ljbffr
