We are looking for aBusiness Analyst with strong experience in FX Marketsto join a global Technology & Change team working at the core of financial markets innovation.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives acrosspricing, trading, eFX, and post-trade workflows, collaborating closely with both business and technology stakeholders in an international environment.If you enjoy translating complex business needs into clear functional solutions and want to be part of large-scale transformation programs, this role is for you.??Your Role & Responsibilities:As aBusiness Analyst – FX Markets, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support trading and market activities.Requirements & Functional Analysis:Gather and analyze business requirements across FX trading, pricing, liquidity, and market connectivity.Translate business needs intofunctional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Define and maintainAPI requirements, including data models, message structures, and integration flows.Map end-to-end processes and identify improvement opportunities aligned with digital transformation initiatives.Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely withFront Office, Middle Office, Product Owners, Architects, and Technology teams.Supporttest planning, QA clarification, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Collaborate within aglobal, multi-disciplinary organization, ensuring alignment with governance and best practices.Documentation & Tools:Produce clear, structured, and high-quality documentation usingJira and Confluence.LeverageAI-based toolsto improve efficiency in analysis, documentation, and communication.Ensure functional artefacts are traceable, auditable, and aligned with internal standards.?What We're Looking For:Must-Have Skills & Experience:3+ years of experience in FX Markets, including Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, or eFX.Proven experience definingAPI and integration requirements.Solid working knowledge ofJira and Confluence.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Comfortable working in afast-paced, stakeholder-rich environment.Nice to Have:Experience withelectronic trading platforms, market connectivity, or algorithmic trading.Hands-on use ofAI productivity tools(e.g. ChatGPT, Rovo).Knowledge of FX regulatory frameworks (e.g.MiFID II).Experience working inAgile delivery environments.Basic knowledge ofSQL or Pythonfor data analysis and validation.??What's in It for You:Be part ofhigh-visibility transformation initiativeswithin global FX and markets teams.Work in acollaborative, international, and diverse environment.Continuous learning andprofessional growth opportunities.Exposure tocutting-edge technology and innovative market solutions.
