Procurement Contract ManagerDepartment: Brazil ConsultancyEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Campinas, BrazilDescriptionWhy Soben?We ´re an award-winning construction consultancy with bold ambitions and a clear vision for the future.Since our founding in ****, we've made significant progress, but now, we're entering a new chapter of accelerated growth and transformation.This is a truly exciting time to join our team.We're aiming to grow to 1,000 professionals worldwide by ****, expanding both in our existing markets and into new regions to support a growing portfolio of capital projects.In March ****, Soben was acquired by Accenture, marking a major milestone in our journey.This strategic alliance combines Accenture's innovation and digital capabilities with Soben's deep industry expertise and commercial know-how.As part of Accenture's Industry X – Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice, we are now positioned to reshape the future of capital project delivery, leveraging technology and insight to deliver better, faster, and more sustainable outcomes for our clients in a rapidly evolving global market.Role Description We are seeking a Procurement Contract Manager to support the delivery of data center construction projects in Campinas, Brazil.This role is primarily site-based and focuses on contract administration, procurement, and commercial oversight for construction and mechanical/electrical equipment packages.Key ResponsibilitiesWith Procurement Manager's assistance, prepare and maintain project procurement planReview and assist with preparation of Single Source JustificationsReview and assist with preparation of Scope of Work documentsOFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) buyer/expediting duties with coordination between the multiple teamsEstablish Negotiation Plans and conduct or participate in negotiationsManage the RFx process, including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetingsProcess change orders, RFIs and submittalsAssist with, and when appropriate, implement new contract process controlsCommunicate with the home office on a regular basis regarding Procurement mattersProduce and compile accurate reports for the project team, stakeholders and clientsIdentify and continually propose industry standards/improve processesConduct price analysis, modeling, purchase-price cost analysis and identify competitive benchmarksSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience in Construction is a must .5 -10 years of experience in procurement and contract administrationData Centers construction projects (High preferably)Strong understanding of contract requirements and the preparation of RFxs/RFIsAbility to build strong cross-functional relationshipsAbility to establish and build successful supplier relationshipsExperience with equipment buying and expediting is a mustEffective time management and organizational skillsProficiency and experience with various procurement methodologies and sourcing techniquesAbility to operate and execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication, influencing and persuasion skillsProficient in both Portuguese and English, Spanish will be a plu#J-*****-Ljbffr
