Our Mission and OpportunityEarly education is one of the greatest determinants of childhood outcomes, is a must for working families, and has lasting social and economic impact.Brightwheel's vision is high quality early education for every child.We pursue this by directly supporting teachers in the classroom, engaging parents in the development of their kids, and enabling the small businesses that make up the backbone of the $175 billion early education industry.Brightwheel is the most loved technology brand in early education, trusted by tens of thousands of providers and millions of educators and families.Our TeamOur team is passionate, talented, and customer-focused.We embody our Leadership Principles in our work and culture.We are a fully remote team with employees across every time zone in the US.Our exceptional investor group includes Addition, Bessemer, Emerson Collective, Lowercase Capital, Mark Cuban, Notable Capital, and others.Who You AreYou are a highly analytical and technically proficient Senior Marketing Analyst with a proven track record of using data to drive marketing strategy and decision-making within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.As a natural problem-solver, you excel at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.You\'ve played a key role in supporting the marketing function at a prior company, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that drove business outcomes.What You'll DoSit at the intersection of marketing, marketing operations, sales, and analytics, acting as a trusted consultant to help us make informed decisions and accelerate our mission of enabling high-quality early education for every childDevelop and maintain core marketing data models and pipelines using SQL and dbt to ensure data accuracy and reliability for all marketing reports.Own data pipeline integration for core marketing and sales platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, and paid ad platformsBuild, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports in our BI tool (Sigma) to track key marketing KPIs, providing the marketing, sales, and leadership teams with the insights they rely on.Partner closely with the marketing team to deeply understand their data needs, applying your expertise in core marketing concepts like lead attribution, web traffic, campaign performance, and sales funnel analysis.Take full ownership of existing marketing dashboards and reports, enhancing their impact to unlock additional insights related to campaign performance, lead volumes and quality, and web traffic.What you've done2-4 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or other relevant technical role, preferably within a marketing function.Advanced proficiency in core technical analytics, including SQL (writing complex queries and manipulating data), Data Transformation (maintaining data models with tools like dbt), and Business Intelligence/Visualization with tools like Sigma or Tableau.Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining data models and pipelines that served as the single source of truth for marketing reporting.Experience managing and optimizing data infrastructure, connecting core marketing data sources (HubSpot, Salesforce, paid ad platforms) to a central data warehouse and ensuring data is accurate and properly structured.A history of building and owning a suite of dashboards and reports in a BI tool, consistently delivering valuable insights to business stakeholders.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, including acting as a trusted consultant and effectively translating technical information for all levels of an organization.Bonus: Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce.This role must be available for work during standard US working hours (any 8-hour shift from 9am EST - 8pm EST).LocationThis position is only hiring in one of the following locations: Brazil, Dominican Republic, or Argentina.Equity & OwnershipWe believe in empowering our employees as stakeholders in brightwheel's success.As an equity holder, your financial upside grows alongside the company's achievements, offering a truly meaningful and compelling long-term opportunity.Premium Benefits & Wellness SupportWe want our team members and their families to thrive, and we're committed to providing competitive, high-quality benefits to support their health, well-being, and future.While specific offerings may vary by region, we aim to offer strong support in the following areas:Healthcare Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits where available;
