Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Label Management Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for providing application support for Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) in production and non-production environments.You will design, configure, and customize labels using MAWM label design tools and third-party label management systems.Troubleshooting and resolving label printing issues across multiple sites and printer models is also a key part of the job.Collaboration with business teams to gather requirements for new label formats and implementing them in MAWM is another essential responsibility.You will also support daily warehouse operations – inbound, outbound, inventory, RF transactions, and reporting.A strong focus on managing integrations between MAWM and print servers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and participating in upgrades, enhancements, and change requests related to MAWM and labeling are all critical aspects of the role.Required Skills & Experience:3+ years of experience in Manhattan Active WM (MAWM)Strong hands-on experience in label designing tools such as Loftware, Bartender, NiceLabelGood understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, outbound, inventory, putaway, picking, shippingKnowledge of RF devices and label printer configurationsProficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, and troubleshooting integrationsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsExperience with incident/change management tools like ServiceNow or JIRA
