Join to apply for the Performance Campaign Manager (Contract) role at SerotoninJoin to apply for the Performance Campaign Manager (Contract) role at SerotoninGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.This range is provided by Serotonin.Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$*****/hr - $*****/hrWho Is SerotoninSerotonin is the top go to market firm for transformative technologies, specializing in marketing, strategy, recruiting, and legal services.With a global team of 90 across 15 countries, Serotonin has supported over 300 clients in consumer tech, web3 infrastructure, digital assets, venture capital, and AI since its launch in ****.Delivering end-to-end go-to-market solutions across all major marketing channels—including public relations, growth marketing, on-chain analytics, content, research, social, and design—Serotonin accelerates global innovation.At the core of our business is the Serotonin Platform, serving as a central nucleus for the web3 ecosystem, connecting builders and founders with essential resources to drive business growth.About The RoleSerotonin is seeking an experienced Contract Performance Campaign Manager to support our Growth team on an hourly basis.You'll work directly with our Growth Marketing Manager and VP of Growth Marketing to execute paid media campaigns that drive measurable results for clients in the Web3 space.This is a highly tactical role focused on day-to-day campaign execution, monitoring, and optimization across performance channels (e.g., Google, Meta, Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn).Ideal candidates are detail-oriented operators who can quickly implement changes, troubleshoot performance issues, and clearly communicate the rationale behind optimizations through regular reporting and documentation.While strategic input is welcome, this role is execution-first.You'll be expected to follow growth plans, hit performance benchmarks, and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders.This is a remote, hourly contractor position.You'll have the opportunity to work across a portfolio of both emerging and established Web3 clients, contributing directly to campaign results and growth experiments.ResponsibilitiesExecute and optimize performance marketing campaigns for select clients across channels like Google, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and RedditSupport the Growth Marketing Manager in implementing and maintaining active marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and performance alignmentContribute to demand generation efforts, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and results to internal stakeholdersWork cross-functionally with Client Services and VP of Growth to help apply consistent growth marketing practices across clientsSet up and manage campaign KPIs, tracking performance against goals using analytics platformsTranslate client OKRs into actionable campaign setups, ensuring alignment between strategy and executionDeliver clear documentation of optimizations, including rationale and impact of changes made (optimization logs, performance memos, etc.)Communicate key performance insights and blockers as neededMaintain awareness of performance marketing best practices from other tech and product teams to help inform campaign executionRequirements3–5 years of experience in growth marketing or marketing analytics, preferably in a performance-driven environmentProven track record of executing growth deliverables across multiple channels and audience typesStrong hands-on experience with key growth and analytics tools, including:Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SegmentGoogle Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter AdsSEMrush, AhrefsHubspot, MailchimpAsana or similar project management toolsExperience managing programmatic advertising campaigns and optimizing them toward client-specific OKRsExceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and analytical—with the ability to explain complex results or tradeoffs clearlyTactical mindset with a "strategy-second" approach;
