Career Growth Opportunity: Business Development RoleThis role is a fantastic chance for someone passionate about sales to launch their outside sales career.As the first point of contact, you will explain our vision, pinpoint opportunities, and generate interest through lead-generation activities and cold-calling.You will research customers' business and stay informed on industry trends to build rapport and identify potential sales opportunities.Collaborating with your team and Sales Executives, you will plan for success, pursue opportunities, recommend follow-up actions, and schedule qualified meetings.The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS-based product company, and is fluent in English.Strong communication skills, collaboration abilities, and a sense of urgency are essential for this role.Measures of Success include qualified leads, funnel size, conversion rates, and key deliverables such as problem-solving, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.We drive contextual individualization with a unified and deep data layer, AI/ML-powered insights, and automation, enabling brands to offer hyper-personalized and delightful experiences.We have over 1,300 customers in 100 countries and across 10,000 apps.We empower digital consumer brands to increase customer retention and lifetime value.We take initiative, seek to learn, take ownership of outcomes, help achieve together, and speak up then commit.
