(Japan) as ultimate parent and Saison International (Singapore) as its international headquarter.Our core businesses are lending operation and equity investment consisting of early-stage start-up investment and M&A/joint venture.Founded in ****, Credit Saison Co.Ltd., is one of Japan's largest non-bank financial corporations listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange.Outside Japan, over 1,000 talented employees are working across global markets because of Credit Saison's dedication to foster an environment of diversity, collaboration, inclusion and career growth.The group has a mission to bring people, partners and technology together, delivering resilient and innovative financial solutions for positive impact.Established in ****, CSBR primarily provides credit solutions in Brazilian private debt market to support the innovators as a transformative partner in contributing to financial inclusion.So, if you're passionate about making positive impacts in the finance sector while working in a multi-cultural environment, we want to hear from you.Join us on this exciting journey, where your talent can make a meaningful difference and together, let's contribute to the future of finance in Brazil.About the Role Cloud Infrastructure & Orchestration Architect and manage container platforms (AWS ECS or EKS) ensuring scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance critical for financial transactions.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation to standardize environments and ensure reproducibility across development, staging, and production.Manage AWS Networking components (VPCs, Subnets, Transit Gateways, Route 53, Load Balancers) with a focus on network segregation and security best practices.CI/CD & Automation Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support agile software delivery while enforcing strict quality gates and security checks.Automate operational tasks using Python or Bash to reduce manual intervention and operational risk.Drive the "Shift-Left" approach, integrating testing and security scanning early in the development lifecycle.Observability, Reliability & Performance Configure and maintain comprehensive observability solutions (APM, dashboards, distributed tracing, and centralized logging) to ensure real-time visibility into system health.Proactively monitor application performance and infrastructure metrics to prevent incidents and optimize resource utilization.Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Error Budgets to maintain the reliability required for a 24/7 financial operation.Security, Compliance & Governance Ensure secure container lifecycles, managing ECR (Image Registry) with strict vulnerability scanning and patching routines for third-party and internal images.Implement security controls and access management (IAM) aligned with financial regulatory standards (e.g., BACEN, LGPD) and audit requirements.Collaborate with the Security team to implement immutable infrastructure and ensure audit trails for all infrastructure changes.Requirements Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and Professional English (technical reading and writing are essential).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.Solid knowledge of Python and proficiency in Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.Deep proficiency in Docker, container orchestration (ECS or EKS), and Helm.Experience with AWS networking architecture and security groups.Practical experience with APM tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace) and logging stacks (ELK, Splunk, CloudWatch).Differentiators (Nice to have) AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional or Solutions Architect Professional.CKA/CKAD (Kubernetes) Certification.Prior experience in the Financial Sector (FinTechs, Banks, Payments), specifically dealing with regulatory requirements and critical mission environments.Experience with GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD).
