We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Rust Engineer.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, high-performance systems using the Rust programming language.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement robust, scalable, and memory-safe solutions for complex systems challengesLead technical projects as a senior engineer, guiding junior team members and ensuring deliverables meet quality standardsDevelop expertise in advanced systems programming concepts, including multithreading, concurrent programming, and performance-critical application developmentUtilize asynchronous programming frameworks like Tokio to enhance system efficiency and scalabilityMaintain a deep understanding of Rust core concepts, including the Ownership Model, Borrow Checker, Lifetimes, Traits, and MacrosRequirements:Must-Have Skills:Expert-level proficiency in the Rust programming language, with a strong grasp of its core conceptsStrong background in systems programming, focusing on multithreading, concurrent programming, and performance optimizationExtensive experience with asynchronous programming in Rust, particularly using frameworks like TokioProven track record of designing and implementing highly scalable backend services and distributed systemsProficiency with the Rust toolchain, including Cargo, and strong experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelinesNice-to-Haves:Prior experience working on video processing related projects involving real-time systems and web containersFamiliarity with WebRTC and real-time system response, as well as publishing content across multiple platforms
