This role is vital in ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations while delivering responsive and high-quality support to internal end users.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the shipment and receipt of IT equipment through approved vendorsProvide hands-on support for desktop and laptop hardware (break/fix and troubleshooting)Deliver remote support for offsite employeesDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and access issuesSet up and support devices across mac OS, i OS, Windows, and Android platformsAssist with system upgrades, hardware deployments, and site buildoutsRe-image devices while preserving user data when possibleTrain and guide users on IT hardware and core business applicationsPerform weekly physical inventory checks and report on asset statusMaintain accurate inventory records and asset assignmentsSupport onboarding and offboarding by managing IT equipment and access provisioningAssist visiting employees with network connectivity and IT resource accessInstall and troubleshoot peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and docking stationsMonitor and manage service tickets using a global ITSM systemProvide timely ticket updates and drive issues to resolutionCollaborate with peers on cross-site projects and technical escalationsShare knowledge, best practices, and documentation across the teamQualifications:Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on experience supporting primarily Apple environmentsStrong expertise with mac OS laptops in enterprise settingsExperience with Apple MDM tools such as JAMFComfortable supporting mac OS, i OS, Windows, and Android devicesSkilled in hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and asset managementExperienced with ITSM/ticketing systems and inventory toolsExcellent communication and customer service skillsFluent in Portuguese; working English proficiency preferredOur Commitment to Diversity & InclusionAt Milestone we strive to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and work with, where we all feel empowered to bring our full, authentic selves to work.
