Aptonet Inc.is seeking experiencedSenior IT Technical Recruitersto join our world-class recruiting team.
This role is based inLatin America (LATAM)and will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent.
You will recruitLATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companiesand also supportU.S.
-based recruiting effortsfor our U.S. clients.

What We Look For
3-5+ yearsof full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in anagency settingor ahigh-growth tech environment.
Proven experience recruiting for diverseInformation Technology roles.
Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
Strong ability tomulti-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills – bothwritten and verbal– in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
Proficiency with tools such asMicrosoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage theend-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Buildstrong pipelinesof bothLATAM and U.S.-based technical candidatesusing creative sourcing strategies.
Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, includinginternet research, Boolean search strings, , ATS mining, and cold calling.
Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
Maintain data accuracy in the ATS andtrack recruiting metricsfor reporting and continuous improvement.
Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the U.S.
Act as atrusted representative of Aptonet, promoting our values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
