(Hybrid – São Paulo)Join NFQWe are a global consulting firm specialized in business, technology and operations, with over 2,000 professionals across national and international offices.At NFQ we offer a different consulting model: Flexible | Scalable | Specialized | Client-Centric.As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a proactive and technically strong Financial Senior Consultant to join our team in São Paulo (Hybrid).If you have solid experience in Oracle/PL/SQL applied to accounting/financial solutions — especially for treasury and derivative products — this opportunity is for you.What You'll Do Review financial and accounting results during technical tests and UAT phases to guarantee correctness and compliance.Design, develop and maintain accounting logic and solutions in Oracle PL/SQL for treasury and derivative products.Generate and maintain Confluence documentation for new developments and ongoing maintenance.Support post-production activities ("babysitting") to ensure operational stability and timely fixes.Assist the squad with accounting and financial product inquiries, particularly those related to derivatives (IRS, CCS, IFN, FRA, C&E, etc.).Work with data teams to query and validate datasets (Cloudera / Impala or Databricks) used by accounting flows.Collaborate with architects, developers and QA to translate financial rules into testable technical solutions and to automate validation when possible.Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields.3+ years of practical experience designing and developing accounting logic and solutions using Oracle PL/SQL .Demonstrable experience in treasury and derivatives accounting (IRS, CCS, IFN, FRA, C&E, etc.).Solid understanding of financial concepts such as calculation bases, NPV, IRR and valuation flows , and of operation life cycles / transaction flows.Experience querying and validating data in Cloudera (Impala) or Databricks .Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, DevOps (user level) and GitHub .Strong communication skills, teamwork, responsibility and sense of ownership.Advanced English Nice to Have Knowledge of Backoffice systems and Accounting & Management Architecture.Experience automating accounting processes or integrating accounting systems (ETL / data integration).Previous exposure to banking environments and financial data platforms.Familiarity with ETL or data integration tools (e.g., Talend, ADF, Informatica ).Advanced Spanish (written and spoken).What We Offer Work in a dynamic, international environment with global mobility opportunities.Continuous learning and official certifications.Language classes to boost your global career.A personalized development plan with mentorship and performance-based growth.CLT contract benefits: Health & dental insurance Life insurance Meal voucher Transportation allowance And much more: a flexible work environment, internal events, travel and wellness initiatives.Learn more about us: nfq.es | LinkedIn NFQ Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid) Ready to take on your next professional challenge?Apply now
