A leading medical technology organization is looking for a skilled D365FO Support Consultant based in Brazil to provide functional and technical support to their European users.Working remotely from Brazil during Central European Time (CET) business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM), you will be responsible for supporting their ERP system's stability, users, and collaborating with international teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver functional and technical support for D365FO users across Europe, focusing on modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain.Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues in a timely manner.Work closely with internal IT teams and external partners to escalate and resolve incidents.Monitor system health and suggest improvements to optimize performance.Document issues, resolutions, and develop user guides tailored to the business.Support testing of updates, patches, and new functionality.Assist in user training and promote ERP adoption.Engage with Microsoft support as needed for advanced technical cases.RequirementsAt least 5years' experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) or AX ****.Strong functional knowledge of key D365FO modules related to finance and supply chain processes.Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).Available to work remotely from Brazil during CET business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).Excellent communication and documentation skills.#J-*****-Ljbffr
