Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team.As a key member of our mobile applications department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, ensuring infrastructure reliability, and delivering actionable insights that drive business growth.This is a hybrid role that combines data engineering with data science overlap, giving you full ownership of the data lifecycle – from ingestion to transformation, analysis, and storytelling.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with company priorities and deliver high-quality results.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar technical role focused on data infrastructure and pipelines.Strong expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python (or a similar programming language such as Java or C#).Experience with AWS (Redshift, RDS, S3) and Google Cloud (BigQuery, Firebase) for managing cloud-based databases and analytics tools.Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow, or similar).Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ELT/ETL best practices, and dimensional modeling.Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub).About This RoleYou will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from building and optimizing scalable pipelines to delivering insights that directly influence how our apps grow.If you thrive at the intersection of engineering and analytics, this role may be perfect for you.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is passionate about data engineering and has excellent communication skills.You should be able to bridge technical depth with clear storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.If you are a strong problem solver with a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
