Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our global IT organization.Job DescriptionThis professional will design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure, Terraform, and Kubernetes to enable cloud transformation across the company.You will be part of a cloud enablement team responsible for establishing governance, promoting innovation, and delivering cloud services that support the company's digital transformation initiatives.Main ResponsibilitiesArchitect and deliver cloud-native infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure and Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).Build, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes (AKS) clusters with strong attention to performance, scalability, and security.Design and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions with integrated testing, security scanning, and automated deployments.Implement monitoring and logging solutions with tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, and Grafana.Collaborate with software development and operations teams to embed DevOps best practices and support agile releases.Apply principles of Site Reliability Engineering, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability across all environments.Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards and governance models.Perform regular security audits, compliance checks, and patching of cloud infrastructure.Required Skills and Qualifications4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related infrastructure roles.Advanced English language skills.Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, including services like Compute Networking (VNet, App Gateway), Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Azure DevOps.Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and GitHub/GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.Solid knowledge of Kubernetes (preferably AKS), including deployment automation, Helm charts, RBAC, and Service Mesh integrations.Excellent understanding of cloud security, networking, and architecture best practices.Proficiency in scripting, e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell.BenefitsBe part of a diverse, high-impact global technology team driving innovation and sustainable practices.Work with cutting-edge cloud infrastructure automation and DevOps technologies.Hybrid work model with presence in Curitiba and flexibility for work-life balance.Attractive compensation and benefits package.Opportunities for learning, certifications, and career progression in a global organization.
