Our notable clients rely on our expertise to drive sales and boost brand awareness, and as demand for our services grows, we're excited to welcome two new Entry Level Assistant Managers to our winning business development and customer acquisition team.We are committed to helping you succeed as our newest Entry Level Assistant Manager.
This role offers exciting opportunities for advancement within our company.
Our Entry Level Assistant Managers will have a chance to take the lead on our newest promotional campaign for Rogers, all while strengthening your business acumen and leadership skills.
Rest assured, we provide full training from the ground up, so no experience is required to apply for this role.
You are an ideal candidate for our Entry Level Assistant Manager position if you have experience in leadership, sports, management, or any other relevant team-centric role

Leadership Skills: Developing effective leadership styles, motivating teams, and fostering a positive work environment.
Communication: Enhancing verbal and written communication skills for clear interactions with team members, customers, and clients.
Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve client, company, and team goals.
Project Management: Learning project planning, execution, and monitoring techniques to keep projects on track.
Employee Development: Focusing on training, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to support team members' growth.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting in the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns to convey the benefits of our client's products and services.
Interacting with businesses in a friendly and professional manner to foster strong relationships and drive brand loyalty.
Setting a positive example for team members by exhibiting professionalism, organization, and punctuality.
Providing constructive criticism and guidance to fellow team members to ensure operations are streamlined and company goals are achieved.
Tracking KPIs and sales data to ensure customer acquisition targets are met, and providing feedback to senior management and clients.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Desired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a leadership, management, sales, sports or team-centric role is highly desired.
Ability to deescalate issues as they arise and overcome obstacles quickly
Strong communication skills when interacting with clients, customers and teammates.
Desire to excel personally and professionally and develop new skills.
Passion for helping others succeed and contributing to their growth.
