- Job Purpose
- Focus on ensuring compliance with the process in activities on board the vessel that involve flexible line installation processes, bringing quality closer to the operational area and, consequently, increasing support in product preservation, problem solving and process improvement.
- Act as a transformational leader with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, always looking for simplification, standardization and industrialization, generating predictability and reducing variability in execution, in order to achieve operational excellence.

- Monitor, and intervene when necessary, the execution of the vessel's operational activities such as project execution, maintenance, among others with a view to contributing and influencing Quality;
- Carry out process checks during operations/activities, in order to verify compliance with process requirements and support the handling of improvements/ improvement opportunities.
- Support technical and operational investigations
- Ensure excellence in relationships with external customers and suppliers
- Promote Quality in the offshore environment
- Conducting audits and/or Quality inspections
- Handling non-compliance
- Quality Incident Investigation
- Process Verification
- You are meant for this job if:
- Technician degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent
- Expertise in the SUBSEA area in launching flexible and marine equipment
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 (Quality Certification)
- Conducting inspection/audits
- English: Intermediate
- Active CFT
- You are a communicative person
- Experience with quality, inspection and Learning & Development.
