ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Senior Financial & Accounting Analyst to join our team in BrazilYou will be a key member of our Finance team, with a strong focus on accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable and budget control.You will help us understand our financial performance, improve processes, and ensure accurate, timely reporting to support Manual's continued growth.This is a high-impact role with cross-functional exposure and opportunities to shape the way we operate as we scale.RESPONSIBILITIESCarry out accounting entries, bank and accounting reconciliations, and ensure the accuracy of financial informationPrepare and analyse financial statements, P&L reports and balance sheets, identifying trends, variances and key insightsSupport budget control processes, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvementsDrive improvements in accounting and financial operations, implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracyEnsure accurate accounts payable processes and assist with maintaining financial compliance and internal controlsSupport external audits requestsSupport tax requestsCollaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to provide financial insights that support business decisionsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.Active CRC is a plus6+ years' experience as a Financial/Accounting Analyst, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven environments.Previous experience in a Big4 is a nice to haveSolid knowledge of accounts payable, financial processes and controls, and accounting principles/standardsProficiency with financial software and tools - strong Excel skills required.Experience with NetSuite is a plusProficiency in English (fluency preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insightsAbility to manage tasks and projects simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlinesHumility and ability to collaborate with colleagues across countriesSALARY & BENEFITSStock option planPrivate medical insuranceGym & wellness benefit with WellhubEnglish classes benefit with Cambly30 days holidays yearly (calendar days)International exposure with direct interactions with the UK teamAnnual company retreatA fun and friendly working environment with sharp and motivated co-workers
