Marketing Lead RoleAbout the PositionThe ideal candidate will lead our marketing efforts in Latin America, overseeing market expansion and brand growth across the region.Based in São Paulo, Brazil or CDMX, Mexico, this role requires close collaboration with distributors, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams.Market Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Latin America region, aligning with the company's global strategy.Business Growth & Channel Expansion: Identify and manage distributor, dealer, and direct sales networks to optimize channel management and improve sales conversion.Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory policies in Latin America.Brand Promotion & Event Planning: Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, including trade shows, academic conferences, KOL collaborations, and product campaigns.This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record in marketing management.Key qualifications include:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Biomedical Science, Medical Devices, or related fields.Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing management experience in the IVD industry, preferably in hematology analyzers.Market Expertise: Proven experience in marketing, channel management, and brand promotion in Latin America.Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is a must; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
