**INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ANALYST, Regional Product Analyst - HCC, Privacy, Legal and Automation**
This individual will support business priorities through translation of business needs and requirements into IT specifications and implementation of capabilities.
Also, this person will be directly involved with the Intelligent Automation team for CBT Latam.
This role will work as a member of agile teams, inclusive of the business product owner and other technical team members / vendors; understanding business needs, and when appropriate lead & implement technical delivery of solutions aligned as assigned.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Partner with Business Product Owners to define solution vision & roadmap.
- Co-lead the prioritization of the solution backlog with the business.
- Lead business delivery expectations with the right prioritization of technical requirements to the platform backlog.
- Drive the ongoing agile rituals.
- Support for maintenance, upgrade and enhance our existing systems.
- Partner with business to explore problems worth solving.
- Manage business expectations and keep business aligned to business requirements.
- Accountable for all aspects of delivery.
- Understands core internal IT products and ability to drive business value.
- Continuous improvement of the IT operating model.
- Build business case for improvement initiatives (e.g., impact, feasibility, and investment required).
- Create implementation plans for improvement initiatives including timeline, owner, and key milestones.
- Business requirements management & development.
- Utilize effective business analyst techniques to translate what business may want to identification of what is needed via the good use of elicitation techniques.
- Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support.
- Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint.
- Able to conduct root cause analysis for key process challenges and map core processes and relevant sub-processes.
- Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve User Experience.
- Understand portfolio of IT system or systems that the business uses.
- Shape business needs and translate them into innovative solutions combining multiple products and platforms, aligning agile team capacity with top business priorities.
- Primary IT interface with the business, alongside other members of the Agile teams, aligning on product development needs for specific products and platforms.
