Job OverviewThis role is key to our success, ensuring that talented individuals are carried through the selection process with ease and efficiency.Operational Execution: Manage all candidate-related operational steps, including communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone; scheduling technical and client interviews; conducting non-technical interviews; coordinating availability; negotiating rates; and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.ResponsibilitiesOperational Execution: Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and coordination.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates and handoffs through shared documents and meetings while keeping candidates informed of next steps and feedback throughout the process.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high operational standards.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implement automation solutions.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by effectively prioritizing tasks and maintaining consistent productivity under high-volume conditions.Organization & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity across all processes.Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to quality standards and support audits and reporting efforts to ensure full compliance with organizational regulations.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field.Experience: 3–6 years at Operations within digital business or Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations at a fast-paced environment.Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to manage databases and process them into reports and insights.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both candidates and internal stakeholders.Organization & Prioritization: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.Process Orientation: Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, document workflows, and implement process improvements or automation initiatives.
