Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Notion specialist
to design, implement, and optimize a comprehensive workspace that will serve as our central hub for contacts, data management, and team workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Audit our current processes and recommend a scalable Notion structure.
Build and customize databases for large volumes of contacts and information.
Create clear, intuitive dashboards for day-to-day use and reporting.
Integrate Notion with other tools (Google Workspace, automation platforms, etc.).
Develop best-practice guidelines and train the team to maintain and update the workspace.
Requirements
Proven track record setting up advanced Notion systems for teams or businesses.
Strong understanding of database design, automation, and cross-platform integrations.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver a polished final product.
Engagement
Freelance or short-term contract (remote).
Flexible start date; estimated project length to be discussed.
