About the RoleAs a dedicated technical professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our global customers.With an initial training in our platform, you should already possess qualifications necessary for this role.Deliver high-quality technical support and troubleshooting services.Provide operational support tasks in our team working with Microsoft Cloud technologies.Scope customer issues by collecting relevant facts and investigating problems through research and collaboration with other teams.Consult and collaborate with peers around the world and with management and engineering to resolve service issues.Act as a customer/reseller advocate and empower them to find information, self-solve when needed, and learn more about Microsoft products and services.Advise customers on how to gain additional value from their Microsoft products.Document technical work and research to help colleagues improve products and support experiences.Key responsibilities include:Previous experience in IT support.Strong SQL skills: ability to connect databases, execute, and create queries.Hands-on experience working with APIs.Fluent English (verbal and written).Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure) is highly desirable.Experience with troubleshooting SaaS applications is highly desirable.Ability to identify, update, and create Help Center articles to assist team members and external users.Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to make quick decisions, align priorities, and execute tasks efficiently.Capacity to remain calm under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
