About the RoleOur organization seeks a skilled professional to oversee and optimize its technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient processes across lead routing, scoring, attribution, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.The ideal candidate will own and manage our go-to-market tech stack, evaluating tool usage, reducing redundancy, and integrating platforms for streamlined performance.This individual will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to design and implement effective processes.Own and manage our go-to-market tech stack—evaluating tool usage, reducing redundancy, and integrating platforms for streamlined performance.Serve as Salesforce administrator and power user: manage workflows, fields, objects, and automation to support sales, marketing, and customer success.Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to design and implement effective processes across lead routing, scoring, attribution, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.Develop and maintain reports/dashboards that track key metrics (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion rates, campaign ROI).Lead tool onboarding and offboarding, including vendor management and training.Be the go-to connector between systems, solving data gaps, syncing issues, and ensuring reliable reporting.Stay ahead of new features and capabilities across our go-to-market tools, improving how we work.Continuously analyze go-to-market data to identify trends, test hypotheses, and propose actionable improvements.Support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis to inform leadership decisions.What You Bring to the RoleThe successful candidate will possess:Proven experience managing go-to-market tools, especially Salesforce and HubSpot.Strong experience in B2B SaaS go-to-market models.Hands-on Salesforce admin experience with workflow building and troubleshooting.Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations and connection between sales, marketing, and customer success.Ability to simplify complex tech ecosystems and eliminate unnecessary tools or processes.Analytical mindset: knowledge of dashboards, attribution, and pipeline metrics.Comfortable rolling up sleeves but also thinking strategically about how tech can unlock growth.Curious, fast learner, and proactive problem-solver.Bonus PointsAchieving one or more Salesforce certifications.Experience with data tools or supporting ABM or multi-touch attribution models.
