Business Intelligence AnalystWe are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision making.This individual will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets and presenting them in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and identify relevant data sources.Cleanse and transform data into actionable information, creating visualizations and dashboards to meet requirements.Present findings to stakeholders and gather feedback.Deploy data visualizations and reports to Tableau; develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications.Conduct training sessions on data analysis and visualization tools.Maintain and document the operational environment.Ensure data integrity and security.Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.Proficiency in Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment.A solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts.Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach.Excellent organizational skills with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies.Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server.Advanced English language proficiency.
