Ambev Global Tech Senior Financial AnalystPublished on DECEMBER 04, ****Applications open until FEBRUARY 02, ****Also for PwDWorkplace: Campinas - SPJob type: Full-time employeeWork model: OnsiteThe Senior Financial Analyst role atAB InBev Global PPMis pivotal in supporting, implementing, and configuring the global People PPM routine to drive operational excellence, optimize resource allocation, and enhance transparency across all regions.Key responsibilities include managing the people finance closing routine, coordinating with stakeholders, performing reconciliations, and preparing presentations.This role plays a critical part in enabling operational excellence, improving resource efficiency, and strengthening transparency and accountability within the global people agenda.Responsibilities and AssignmentsProcess optimization:Ensure standardization and execution of activities according to guidelines, with quality and precision as defined in the projectAnalyze processes and create automation, standardization, or continuous improvement solutionsExcel modeling and business casing:Excel modelling experience utilizing intermediate functions such as xlookup, sumproduct, sumifs, etc.Able to design a dashboard or summary table to best display continuously referenced KPIsExperience conducting model reviews and applying analysis due diligence to minimize errorsStakeholder ManagementKeep alignment and closer contact with expertise teams in BSC teams (India, Brazil, etc) if needed.Follow Service Level Agreement with stakeholders and deliver all agreed in timeRequirements and QualificationsSpecific responsibilities:Daily/weekly/ monthly people finance closing routineCoordinate with stakeholders/data team to build a routine to track monthly KPIsPerform reconciliations between different tools used for results reporting.Ensure the closing instructions are updated and the zone is aware of its deliverables.Ensure the figures are reported by zones timely and with good qualityPrepare decks/presentation to stakeholders.EducationMasters in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or others.ExperienceExperience of at least 2-4 in the finance field preferably within FP&A others financeFP&A // Overhead// Capex Forecasting // Performance resultsBehavior ProfileDynamism and flexibilityFocus and Discipline in the execution and management of the routineSense of ownership and urgencyExecution with diamond quality/accuracyProcess Innovation mindsetStrongholds on organization and analytical and logical thinkingAdvanced user of analysis/work collaboration toolsPower BIMS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)Additional informationWellhub (Gympass)Process stagesStep 1: Registration 1 RegistrationStep 4: Hiring 4 Hiring#J-*****-Ljbffr
