Job Responsibilities1. Drive the improvement of after-sales capabilities of the Brazilian branch and implement various improvement projects (including Call Center, Spare Parts, Training, etc.).2. Promote the annual reduction of after-sales costs.3. Prioritize providing technical support for after-sales issues in Brazil.4. Align the needs of the branch and facilitate the factory to quickly resolve market-related problems.5. Coordinate with the Brazilian branch, Americas Region, and MIB; extend the after-sales technical support from Brazil to the Latin American market.Job Qualifications1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the Brazilian market; bachelor's degree or above in Science and Engineering; familiar with after-sales processes and operations; candidates with experience in quality/after-sales/technical support are preferred.2. Possess strong coordination and alignment capabilities to drive the rhythm of BU and facilitate the rapid implementation of market demands at the factory end.3. Proficient in English communication; with a service-oriented mindset, patient and meticulous; candidates with excellent data processing/analysis skills are preferred.4. Willing to accept business trips (subsequent frequent trips are expected between São Paulo, Canoas, and the Brazilian factory).
