- Organize the physical and digital folders of employees
- Control the arrival and delivery of physical mail
- Meet office needs: call maintenance for air conditioning and coffee machine when needed
- Control invoices for benefits, HR and Facilities
- Support various administrative activities in the areas of HR and Facilities
**What You Will Do**:
Support the Brazil team in the Human Resources and Facilities area
