Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Software Project Lead to manage and execute complex technical projects within our IT Operations department.This individual will be responsible for providing leadership, structure, and expertise in Cloud Infrastructure and Database Operations.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing technical projects, with a deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and Database Operations.Additionally, they should possess skills in project management tools such as Clarizen and JIRA, as well as experience working with Scrum methodologies.Responsibilities:Develop clear communications to foster alignment and gain stakeholder agreementMonitor and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure objectives and milestones are metCollaborate with technical and business teams to create and manage integrated project plans for on-time delivery of complex programsProactively communicate with stakeholders through regular status reports, schedule updates, and risk assessmentsIdentify bottlenecks in resources, equipment, and skill sets, and develop solutions to mitigate delaysLead problem resolution and risk mitigation efforts to keep projects on trackConduct project closure activities, including documentation and post-implementation reviews, to ensure continuous improvementYou might be a good fit if you have:Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills to articulate technical details to diverse audiencesA hands-on, proactive approach with a high sense of urgency and initiative ownershipProficiency in project management tools, such as Clarizen and JIRA
