:)WHAT YOU WILL DO- Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on enhancing usability, quality, and feature set;- Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines;- Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices;- Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes designed to increase engineer efficiency.MUST HAVE-Proven experience of technical end-to-end product ownership and ability to meet deadlines;- 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React);- 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java);- High level of proficiency in Typescript;- Proficiency in contemporary frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools;- Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture;NICE TO HAVES- Experience building software in the cloud will be a plus;- AI assisted development experience, using tools like Windsurf, Cursor or similar.AgileEngine is one of the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies in the U and a top-3 ranked dev shop according to Clutch.
