role in solving complex leadership challenges within the supply chain sector.You will spearhead client projects, leading mid to senior-level search assignments, and providing strategic insights to development while enjoying significant opportunities for career advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Work & LeadershipLead the execution and strategy development of multiple senior-level supply chain-focused client assignments (e.G., pitch presentations, client consultations, project execution) with full ownership and responsibility for high-quality outcomes.Build and maintain deep relationships with clients, participating actively in senior-level client engagements, including status update calls, kick-off meetings, assessments, psychometrics, presenting results to clients, and leading workshops.Leverage your deep industry expertise to identify, assess, and prioritize senior leadership profiles across the supply chain sector through market research, external resources, and internal networks.Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought leader to both clients and internal teams by providing rigorous, insightful solutions to executive search and leadership challenges.Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution by managing client teams, timelines, and deliverables, while driving results that exceed client expectations.Ensure accountability for the quality of all client-facing documentation, such as role specifications, success profiles, candidate evaluation reports, and final client deliverables.Continuously deepen your understanding of the supply chain landscape to ensure the delivery of tailored, high-impact leadership solutions to clients across various industries.Leadership and DevelopmentDemonstrate exceptional leadership by mentoring, coaching, and developing both junior and senior consultants within the firm.Inspire others by leading with integrity, passion, and a commitment to excellence.Play an active role in shaping the firm's strategic direction by participating in internal leadership meetings, contributing to thought leadership, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.Take ownership of firm-wide initiatives aimed at developing internal capabilities, including driving knowledge-sharing efforts, leading business development projects, and shaping the firm's leadership.Lead recruitment efforts for new consultants and researchers, identifying top talent to grow the firm's capabilities and expand its influence in the marketplace.Business DevelopmentActively lead business development activities, including the creation of compelling pitch materials, industry presentations, and strategic client meetings designed to win new business and expand the firm's reach.Monitor and analyze trends and shifts in the supply chain industry, providing clients with forward-thinking insights and positioning Lean Six Search as a trusted advisor on leadership and talent challenges.Build and expand the firm's external network by engaging with industry leaders, attending high-level events, and establishing relationships that drive long-term business growth.Collaborate with fellow senior consultants and firm leadership to craft targeted business development strategies aimed at increasing the firm's presence in new and existing markets.Knowledge and Expertise DevelopmentTake the lead in developing expertise in key areas of the supply chain by conducting thorough market research, building deep industry networks, and contributing to the firm's knowledge base.Serve as an internal expert by actively sharing industry insights, market knowledge, and best practices with colleagues across the firm, fostering a culture of continuous learning and strategy.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree, with an advanced degree in a related field being a plus.Proven experience in executive search or leadership consulting, particularly at the senior or executive level, ideally within the supply chain, logistics, or procurement industries.Strong track record of leading and managing executive search projects with a demonstrated ability to influence and deliver impactful results to clients.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior executives and boards.Strong business acumen with an in-depth understanding of the supply chain sector and related trends.Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and developing others.Experience in business development and relationship management within a professional services environment.High proficiency in using MS Office, various databases, and online research tools.Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to
