security.Additionally, we automate manual processes to streamline operations, improve compliance, and strengthen overall security posture.What you'll do:Champion and advocate for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) in the region.Dedicate time to learning, teaching, and promoting the value of IGA while mastering how our software solves critical challenges.Work collaboratively with the sales team to create, move, and close pipeline opportunities.Your efforts will contribute to the region's success by helping meet targets and expanding market presence across Latin America, beyond Brazil.Partner closely with Account Executives to lead technical discussions, conduct product demonstrations, and facilitate solution design sessions to engage potential clients.Collaborate with partners and distributors to offer enablement, facilitate shared learning, and work together to close business opportunities.Dive deep to understand customer business needs, challenges, and objectives, recommending tailored technical solutions that precisely address their requirements.Conduct comprehensive technical presentations and Proof of Value (POV) sessions, ensuring prospective clients clearly understand the value provided.Additionally, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) effectively.Serve as a technical expert by articulating the architecture, integrations, and security features of the Zluri platform to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Assist the Customer Success Management (CSM) team during the onboarding process to ensure smooth implementation and successful adoption of the Zluri platform.Document key frameworks and processes to enable rapid scaling and increased operational efficiency.Engage with product and engineering teams to provide valuable customer feedback, which can influence strategic product roadmap decisions.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS management, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and cybersecurity.Offer training and knowledge-sharing sessions to internal teams, keeping them informed about product updates and new features.Be prepared for travel within the territory approximately 70% of the time, building relationships and enhancing understanding of local market dynamics.What You Will Bring:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Security, or a related technical field.4 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Security Engineer, or in a similar technical role.Startup experience is a plus.Proven expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or specifically in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) is highly preferred.Deep understanding of Active Directory environments, Single Sign-On (SSO), federation protocols, cloud identity services, and federated applications.Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and related identity federation technologies.Strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, network security, and the architecture of IAM/IGA solutions.A "build your own territory" mindset that supports and empowers sales and pre-sales teams.You proactively identify opportunities, help generate leads, and facilitate the closing of deals by providing technical expertise and strategic insights.Experience working closely with channel partners, supporting their sales cycles, and successfully enabling partner-led deals.Able to leverage partner relationships effectively to create new opportunities and help them win.Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships (C-level), demonstrating trust and strategic influence across customer organizations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce.com, with an active personal network within your territory that can be leveraged for new opportunity generation.Self-motivated, relentless in pursuit of new opportunities, and passionate about closing high-value deals, truly a "hunter" with an ambitious drive.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex sales challenges creatively and resourcefully.Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment,
