What you'll be doing
Be the first point of contact via phone, email, and live chat
Troubleshoot issues and provide thoughtful, timely solutions
Guide clients through our trading platforms with clarity
Handle onboarding and account support
Collaborate across teams to elevate client feedback
Follow up on service concerns and log product issues
Offer proactive support, not just reactive answers
What we're looking for
Fluent in English and Portuguese (any other language is a bonus)
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
Previous experience in FX, KYC, or AML?
Even better, but we're happy to train the right person
Confident communicator across chat, phone, and email
Calm under pressure and driven by a people-first mindset
Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and a team player
