The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world class last mile operation.Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and in the most cost effective way possible.We are looking for creative leaders with a passion for high complex challenges, a knack for problem solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Analyst.This position will support AMZL EDSP expansion by implementing scalable solutions in order to guarantee quality of processes and drive standards adoption.As Learning Analyst, you will be responsible for leading onboarding and proficiency programs, driving process standardization and process improvement.You will also perform quality audits and follow up metrics measurement that will drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network.Candidate must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight, as needed.Candidate must have availability to travel up to 15% of the time.Key Job ResponsibilitiesOnboard EDSP Partners so that they learn how to operate with Amazon systems and tools.Create training material for EDSP team.Lead training sessions and work actively on AMZL; EDSP new node launches.Support network-level excellence in Six Sigma and Lean practices by designing and implementing processes, metrics, and ensuring proper system usage.Leverage Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to support process improvements, share best practices, and standardize the work routine.Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Operations experience.Basic/Intermediate English.Completed Bachelor's Degree.Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development???.Experience using and communicating performance metrics.Inclusive CultureOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodationbond or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.#J-*****-Ljbffr
