The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving problems You will be responsible for making customers happy You will work remotely for a growing US based business and earn US DollarsOur clients include service businesses, manufacturing companies, real estate companies, private equity firms, tech companies, e-commerce companies and moreResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via phone, email and chat.Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.Data entry in various platforms.Administrative tasks.Work United States business hours.QualificationsGreat English.Sales experience and comfort.Typing at least 50 words per minute.1-5 years of customer service experience.Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares.Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.A second monitor and fast computer.A quite remote-work environment.We have a VERY strong demand among our clients for customer service representatives.This is a contract position paid 2x a month.The client desires a long term relationship and there is upward mobility.Only CVs in English will be considered
