Senior Endpoint Management Specialist

Endpoint Management Team LeadWe are seeking a seasoned endpoint management expert to lead our team in maintaining and securing corporate devices across the organization.This role requires a technical leader with a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and compliance.Leadership: Oversee a team of engineers, providing guidance and career development.Maintenance: Manage patching and compliance for 600+ Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.Automation: Drive initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.Compliance: Ensure endpoints meet regulatory requirements.Policies: Develop and implement endpoint security policies and procedures.Vendors: Manage relationships with endpoint management solution providers.Troubleshooting: Respond to and resolve complex endpoint issues, maintaining hands-on involvement.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processes.Requirements2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams.5+ years of endpoint management experience.Proficiency with NinjaOne or similar platforms.Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scale.Demonstrated ability to automate tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar.Deep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.Experience maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO*****).Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.Preferred QualificationsExperience in cybersecurity industries.Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.Experience with zero-trust models and endpoint detection and response tools.
