Chief Technologist

Job Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to establish and lead new Guidance and Control capabilities.This individual will be responsible for establishing and leading new Guidance and Control (G&C) systems, mentoring engineers, and driving the future of guided weapon platforms.The Technical Authority over the full G&C lifecycle, including Modeling & Simulation (MIL/SIL/PIL), Guidance & Control Algorithms, Tracking Systems, and Estimation Filters (EKF/KF).Leading the investigation of emerging technologies and the implementation of futuristic methodologies.Establishing new G&C infrastructure, tools, and R&D labs.Managing all phases of flight test campaigns, including pre-flight preparation, test execution, and rigorous post-flight analysis.Providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers across all levels (Junior to Senior).Requirements:10–15 years of experience in the development of guided weapon systems, missiles, or relevant defense technologies.A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management and technical leadership roles, with a proven ability to lead teams and establish new capabilities.Deep knowledge of the entire Systems Engineering Process (qualification, acceptance, flight testing) and a strong background in flight dynamics, embedded systems, and missile control.A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
