Workflow Management builds and optimises moderation business processes, monitoring performance, and continuously looks for areas to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of safety.
What will I be doing?
- You are responsible for the internal business workflow optimization, optimize internal business processes by collecting and analyzing problems in business implementation.
- You will build the workflow strategy, platform design, queue design to improve performance and efficiency in business
- You will promote the continuous and iterative development of strategy requirements through communication and cooperation with the relevant operation team, algorithm team, and R&D team.
- You will monitor, improve on the day and short term moderation performance through various, process and efficiency tactics
What should I bring?
- You come with previous experience in an Operations role within a BPO / Social Media / Call center environment
- Experience with Content Moderation / Safety would be an advantage;
- You have great attention to detail;
- Comfortable using data to analyse performance and using insight to drive performance.
