You'll spend 60-70% of your time writing high-quality code, while also rallying the team around best practices, mentoring developers, and championing our long-term vision of continuous value delivery. ?As both technical contributor and team leader, you'll set the bar for code quality, help improve developer experience, and drive enthusiasm for our evolution toward CI/CD, test automation, and release-on-demand workflows. ?
