If you have a passion for brand storytelling, love turning marketing briefs into powerful campaigns, and want to be part of a fast-growing international company, this role is for youYou'll be responsible for leading the creative vision for ZERO Markets' global marketing campaigns, from the World Trading Competition and Mobile App Promotions to regional initiatives across LATAM, New Zealand, and Europe.
You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop campaign concepts and ensure smooth, high-quality execution across all channels.Responsibilities:Lead the overall creative vision for ZERO Markets across all global and regional marketing campaigns.Translate high-level business and marketing objectives into bold, innovative, and strategically sound creative concepts.Develop campaign narratives that align with our brand positioning and resonate with different audiences, from retail traders to institutional clients.Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to refine briefs, set creative direction, and ensure projects align with strategic goals.Manage the full creative process from ideation to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Direct and inspire designers, copywriters, videographers, and content creators — whether in-house or via agencies — to produce work that is fresh, on-brand, and impactful.Present creative ideas, concepts, and campaign directions to internal stakeholders, gaining alignment and buy-in at all stages.Partner with the marketing, product, and media teams to ensure creative assets are optimised for each platform and channel.Oversee adaptation of campaigns for different markets, ensuring localisation without losing brand integrity.Monitor creative trends in finance, fintech, and lifestyle marketing, applying insights to keep ZERO Markets ahead of the curve.Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across all media.Review creative performance data and use insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Skills required:7–10 years of experience in senior creative roles, preferably as a Creative Director or similar.Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaign work.Proven ability to lead ideation and creative execution.Excellent understanding of brand storytelling and marketing strategy.Experience managing creative teams and collaborating with marketing departments.Financial services, fintech, or trading industry experience is an advantage.Fluent English skills (spoken and written).Conditions for Employment:· Remote, work from home
