Partner with the bestAs the Materials and Resource Planner you will be responsible for planning the materials required to execute the business.
Work with supply chain to translate the demand (planned orders) in to physical orders and ensure they are delivered to meet the customer requirements.Join Our TeamAs a Materials and Resource Planner, you will be responsible for:Releasing requisitions to sourcing to purchase material on time as required by our customersWorking with sourcing to prioritise delivery dates as needed (push outs, pull ins, cancellations)Implementing inventory stocking strategiesMonitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and identifying opportunities to utiliseAssisting in executing continuous improvement projects to maximize valueReport current status of material to the wider team to confirm it is on time for execution to customer need dateFuel your PassionTo be successful in this role you will need:Proven experience in Order Management, overseeing complete order cycles, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.
Strong background in Inventory Optimization and Management, maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing excess, and improving overall supply efficiencyHands-on experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to support production schedules and material availability.Basic understanding of Oracle ERP and MRP functionality, enabling effective planning and system navigation.Ability to work with and influence stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, and operations to align priorities and drive outcomes.Tactical execution with a sense of urgency, thriving in fast-paced environments and delivering results under tight deadlines.Fluency in Portuguese and English, supporting clear communication and collaboration with global teams.Desired Characteristics: Not required but additional preferred element: Certifications; APICS CertificationWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
